(1) Mining field: Dual adaptation of underground and open-pit
Mining scenarios include underground excavation and open-pit mining, and equipment needs to operate continuously in complex geological environments. The impact resistance and impurity prevention ability of bearings are particularly critical.
In underground mining roadheader and scraper conveyor, self-aligning roller bearings and tapered roller bearings are widely used in driving mechanisms: self-aligning roller bearings can adapt to equipment installation deviation and vibration, bear heavy loads and reduce local wear; Conical roller bearings can balance radial and axial loads and meet the chain drive requirements of scraper conveyors. In excavators and mining trucks used in open-pit mining, bearings are used for rotating platforms, wheel hubs, and other parts. They are made of wear-resistant alloy materials and designed with multiple layers of seals to resist outdoor dust and rainwater erosion, while also bearing impact loads during excavation and transportation, avoiding frequent failures.
(2) Mineral processing field: the core support for crushing and grinding

In the eccentric shaft and transmission shaft of crushers (jaw type, cone type), four column cylindrical roller bearings are the core components. In the supporting and blocking parts of the cement rotary kiln, large self-aligning roller bearings (made of high-temperature resistant material) are used to support the weight of the rotary kiln cylinder and high-temperature clinker that is tens of meters long. In equipment such as cement mills and powder concentrators, bearings are used for grinding rollers, rotors, and other transmission structures. Excellent sealing performance is achieved through the use of seat outer spherical bearings and ceramic roller bearings. The seat structure is easy to install and debug on site, and the reinforced seal can block cement dust and water vapor, avoiding bearing corrosion caused by dew; Ceramic roller bearings have higher wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and are suitable for high-speed and high-temperature working conditions in cement grinding, reducing maintenance frequency.
