TR Heavy Duty Series

The TR heavy-duty series is a heavy-duty needle roller bearing with three independent rollers and an integral solid ring (some brands include sub types such as no inner ring/with inner ring, open/sealed, etc.). The core unit consists of a three column roller cage assembly and a double edged solid outer ring (or with inner ring). The three column roller layout enables significantly better load-bearing and stiffness than single/double row needle roller bearings under the same size. It can simultaneously withstand radial loads, bidirectional thrust loads, and overturning moments, and is suitable for heavy-duty industrial scenarios such as mining, metallurgy, engineering machinery, and heavy machine tools with high loads, strong impacts, centering errors, or shaft deflection. It is the preferred high rigidity radial support for core components of heavy equipment.
