RPNA Heart Regulating Type

The RPNA series is a single row self-aligning needle roller bearing without an inner ring, an outer ring convex spherical surface, and a dual polymer seat ring. The core unit consists of a convex spherical outer ring, a dual gear edge needle roller cage, and a concave spherical polymer seat ring (including a stamped steel sleeve). It has no inner ring and relies on the shaft quenched and finely ground surface as the inner raceway, which can compensate for ≤ 3 ° static misalignment. The radial space is compact and the bearing capacity is strong. It is suitable for medium and low-speed industrial scenarios where the shaft/bearing seat is not concentric, installation errors or shaft deflection. It is widely used for radial support in machine tools, metallurgy, textiles, printing, and automation equipment.
