Conical hole opening

Conical hole open type self-aligning ball bearing is a classic practical model of self-aligning ball bearing. It adopts a 1:12 standard conical hole inner ring+open unsealed+double row steel balls+outer ring spherical raceway core structure, which combines the advantages of seamless expansion positioning of conical holes, self centering compensation for coaxiality deviation, and flexible open lubrication. It is mainly used for light to medium loads, precise fixation of shaft systems, and regular maintenance. It does not require seals and can flexibly adapt to lubrication schemes. It is the core support choice for general industrial scenarios such as textile, metallurgy, transportation, agricultural machinery, and reducers.
