DT pairing (P0, P6, P5 levels)
DT pairing is one of the three classic paired installation methods for angular contact ball bearings, with the full name Double Tandem (series connection) and code DT. The core is to install two angular contact ball bearings of the same specification in the same direction (outer ring wide/narrow edge in the same direction, contact angle centerline in the same line), forming a unidirectional load superposition layout, suitable for radial load+ultra large unidirectional axial load conditions. It is the core choice for heavy-duty shaft systems that need to withstand unidirectional large axial forces, such as rolling mills, cranes, hydraulic equipment, etc. It can be adapted to the full series of angular contact ball bearings such as 7000C/AC/B and AC7000 all ceramic types.
