DB pairing (P0, P6, P5 levels)
DB pairing is the most commonly used paired installation method for angular contact ball bearings, full name Double Back to Back, also known as back-to-back pairing, code named DB. The core is to install two angular contact ball bearings of the same specification with the outer ring wide edge facing each other and the inner ring narrow edge facing each other, forming an open layout facing both sides, suitable for radial+bidirectional axial load+overturning moment working conditions. It is the mainstream choice for shaft systems such as machine tool spindles, precision motors, reducers, etc. that require rigidity and rotational accuracy, and can also be adapted to angular contact ball bearings such as AC7000 and 7000 series.
