All ceramic AC5000 type

The AC5000 series is the basic model of lightweight all ceramic unidirectional thrust ball bearings, with a precision of P0 ordinary level. Its core advantages include a three piece separation structure, pure unidirectional axial bearing, and all ceramic material (mainstream Si3N4/ZrO2), which combines high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, electrical insulation, non-magnetic, low friction and other characteristics. It can only withstand pure axial loads and cannot withstand radial loads and overturning moments. It is suitable for low-speed and light medium load axial positioning scenarios in extreme environments such as chemical, food, medical, semiconductor, vacuum equipment, etc. It is a high-end upgraded version of the ordinary carbon steel/stainless steel 5000 series in harsh working conditions.
